To accompany the architecutral proposals, Battle McCarthy have been asked to design the 120 residential units and small retail/commercial in terms of adopting the most suitable sustainability strategies available. The site is highly restrictive in terms of air, noise and pollution and therefore the design was to be enhanced through the integration of architectural, structural and MEP services.
