Development of integrated structural and servicing solutions, environmental site analysis and preparation of technical appraisals for building systems and water recycling. Detailed landscape proposals develop a spatial hierachy of urban squares, streets and courtyards arranged around an ecology park.

The landscape is used as an organisational framework, giving pedestrians and cyclists priority over vehicle movement, creating a network of living streets designed to stimulate community interaction. High quality hard and soft materials and street furniture elements were selected to give continuity between phases of the development and to compliment the materials used on the wider pennisula.
