The buildings are to provide a mixed-use development containing a significant new centre for an 'artist' village and new educational and public music and dance facilities for the newly combined Trinity Laban.

The commercial element will provide both retail and office uses to enable maximum flexibility and adaptability throughout the building's lives, along with residential apartments and ancillary uses.
