Building Services Design for New
Headquarters of a major telecom company. This is a high
specification building fundamentally conceived as a
speculative office development with a low energy design
with incorporates displacement ventilation and chilled
ceilings throughout with perimeter passive chilled beams
to cater for solar loads. The base design has however
been enhanced to cater for Orange, who have taken up
The Point as their New London Headquarters.
