This building has been conceived
fundamentally as a Low Energy speculation office development.
Right from the outset Lattice wished to explore the
practicalities of designing the project to be adaptable
for conversion into an office kitchen. Once Scottish
Gas were secured as full tenants, the scheme went ahead
as three floors of office kitchen space above ground
floor, which contains restaurant, conference, facilities,
IT and other support areas to meet SG's needs.
