Working with the Architect KPF, Battle
McCarthy developed a Sustainable Masterplan response
to the development that included the creation of a new
ecological belt, opening up and rejuvenation of an old
waterway previously used as a sewer, buildings designed
to keep out the noise of the motorway and solar responsive
planning.
