A double skin concept has been implemented for maximal heat loss reduction. This approach creates a series of 'buffer zones', which can be utilised to achieve an effective, year-round, natural ventilation system and thermal insulation. These areas have been converted into three to four storey 'sky gardens' for the benefit of the users of the building.
