The pUBLIC development project will be a new centre for artistic innovation in community arts practice, bridging the arts, community and technology in West Bromwich. Extensive Environmental Analysis has resulted in a naturally ventilated building and daylit spaces with borehole cooling for the surrounding interactive exhibits.
