Design of a new combined facility building in Wembley to provide a medical clinic and administration facilities together with a community centre, office and 44 residential flats. The new building is to be purpose built on a brownfield site and designed to take full advantage of the most suitable sustainable strategies available, in accordance with the requirements of Brent Council, the GLA and the Housing Corporation.

Building to be procured and delivered through a design and build contract under the guidelines of the partnering organisations.
