Guy Battle is an environmental and building engineer who specialises in the design of low energy sustainable buildings and urban environments.

He is a founding partner of the consultancy engineering practice Battle McCarthy (1993) having previously worked with Ove Arup & Partners from 1986.

The practice has worked on a vast range of projects and has an international reputation for its work in delivering cost effective eco-friendly buildings. He has been involved in a number of milestone projects with some of the world's leading Architectural practices including Richard Rogers Partnership, Norman Foster and Partners, Alsop Architects, Kohn Pedersen Fox, Perkins and Will, Genslers and HOK.
